Since becoming an attorney, he worked for the Arkansas DHS representing the agency in court. He has handled family, criminal and civil rights cases as well as other types of litigation. Mickey represented thousands of Social Security/Disability cases in over a dozen states.

Principal AttorneyClaude Skelton earned his B.S. B.A. and J.D. from U of A and was admitted to practice before the State of Arkansas. He then spent more than 30 years as a regional council for the USDA and oversaw the legal office which represented the agency in several states. In this capacity, Claude represented the government in various types of civil litigation, including cases involving employment law, real property issues, agricultural issues, fraud and administrative law and proceedings, maritime law, and various other areas of law.
